Our COVID-19 Response

We at Mountain Top Medical are committed to providing the highest quality of health care for all of our patients regardless of the circumstances.

We have always followed and will continue to follow good medical hygiene and infection precautions. This is to prevent the spread of any illness and to protect our patients. Covid 19 has not changed this. 

​

While it is important for each of us, both patients and providers, to protect ourselves from the current outbreak of Covid 19, coronavirus, we feel that it is also important not to neglect or ignore current ongoing health issues or new health concerns.

 

In response to the 2020 outbreak, we implemented the following changes during the pandemic:

In order to continue to provide medical care for all of our patients including those with delicate health conditions, we have reserved morning appointments for those patients who are free of acute illness. Those who have symptoms of upper respiratory illness such as cough or fever etc. will be seen in the afternoon. Appropriate appointments during the morning would be for the care of chronic medical conditions, blood work, and most health concerns. If you are experiencing upper respiratory symptoms such as cough, sore throat, fever, shortness of breath, etc. we ask that you express this at the time of making your appointment so you can be appropriately scheduled. 

 

We offer an online portal that we encourage all patients to use. This can be used to fill out the necessary paperwork and thus decrease the amount of time spent in the waiting room.
